Any chance of RTN coming to AU? There used to be old TV shows on a channel called TV1 with shows like "Gilligan's Island" and "The Partridge Family" but now they mainly show crap like "House" and "Law and Order SVU" (Which are not even cancelled yet!).
TV Land sounds just like the AU TV1, and Nick at Night sounds like FOX Classics, All 4 channels have been ruined. Speaking of ruined cable channels, Nickelodeon, MTV, and VH1 have really jumped the shark.

That link you provided was to the AOL Video website, which has THE slowest streaming I've ever seen and doesn't allow downloading to non-Pentium chip computers such as my Mac Mini (has the 10.4 Tiger Power PC operating system).

That's too bad, because they have several episodes of Quinn Martin's most successful series "THE FBI", which is rare among QM Productions and not rerun or released on DVD as it should be.

RTN is an over-the-air TV network, NOT a cable channel.

I live in the United States, and I've gotten TV Land since it started around 1990. I never heard of this new Retro Television, and none of the cable systems here in California carry it. Not yet anyway.

I don't like streaming either, since it's often too slow. Why don't you guys just download from the bit torrent websites instead to get your TV shows, movies, music, etc. ? They are free and easy to use! All you need to do is download a software program such as Azureus or U-Torrent -- both of which are also free and serve as the interface that allows downloading.

GUBA.com has a lot of classic TV series to download, such as Combat and The Man from U.N.C.L.E. As I write this I'm downloading 6 episodes of The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. , one of which "The Mother Muffin Affair" guest stars Boris Karloff in the title guest role and Robert Vaughn (from the Man from UNCLE) as Napoleon Solo!
